Curriculum Fee                    $275

Each student must pay the Curriculum Fee each year they are enrolled at IWCA.  The Curriculum Fee is due on June 30, 2021, and must be paid by no later than July 9, 2021. This covers the cost of books and other instructional materials used by the student.  This fee is refundable until 9 a.m. on July 10, 2021.  After that time, it is no longer refundable.

Tuition                                   $235 / Month *     (Click here for information about Financial Assistance)

* Families in full-time ministry should ask about our minister’s discount.  Families enrolling three or more children may also qualify for a tuition discount.

IWCA Tuition for the 2021-2022 school year is $235 per month per student.  If tuition is paid in full by August 2, 2021, you receive a $100 discount and pay only $2,250, or you may make 10 monthly payments of $235 each.  Tuition in full or Tuition Payment #1 of $235 must be paid by August 2, 2021.  Enrollment is not considered complete if Tuition Payment #1 has not been made.

Tuition Payments are due the 1st day of each month.  Payments not made by the 5th day of each month will incur a $20 Late Fee.  If your account becomes 30 past due, your child will be dismissed from IWCA.  We will then begin attempts to collect any unpaid/past due amounts.  If your family is facing a financial hardship, please discuss this with our administrator immediately to make arrangements for payment or the possibility of finding a scholarship for your child.  Tuition will not be reduced because of missed days by the student, nor will tuition be reduced due to students working from home due to inclement weather or other emergencies.

In the case of an ISF-Returned Check, full payment in cash for the amount of the check plus an additional $30 Returned Check Fee must be paid within 3 days of being notified of the Returned Check.  If a second check is returned, Tuition and other fees will be required to be paid in cash for the remainder of the school year.

If a student withdraws before May 1, 2022 and advanced Tuition Payments have been made, a prorated refund will be issued for advanced payments.  No Tuition refunds will be issued for a child withdrawing after the May 1, 2022 date.  Withdrawal is not complete/official until a parent/guardian signs and returns the IWCA Withdrawal Form to IWCA administration.
