Admissions Procedures<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h5>

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

1. Request an Enrollment Packet by calling IWCA at 606-510-1968 or email your request to admin@iwcacademy.com to schedule a time to pick up the packet.\u00a0 You can also print the forms that need to be completed before the interview (Step 4).\u00a0 They can be found\u00a0 under the Admissions tab at\u00a0<\/span>https:\/\/iwcacademy.com<\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/a><\/p>

2. Read and understand the\u00a0<\/span>Student\/Parent Handbook<\/a>\u00a0and other documents contained in the Enrollment Packet.\u00a0 The Student\/Parent Handbook may be viewed online at\u00a0<\/span>https:\/\/iwcacademy.com<\/a>\u00a0under the Admissions tab.<\/span><\/p>

3. Complete the\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Application for Admission<\/a>\u00a0along with any documentation pertinent for acceptance.\u00a0 Complete the\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Request for Student Records Form<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Student\/Parent Handbook Agreement<\/a>.\u00a0 \u00a0These forms may be viewed online at\u00a0<\/span>https:\/\/iwcacademy.com<\/a>\u00a0under the Admissions tab.<\/span><\/p>

4. Schedule an interview with administration.\u00a0 At least one parent\/guardian and student must be interviewed as part of the admissions process.\u00a0 Submit the Application for Admission, any documentation pertinent for acceptance, Request for Student Records, Student\/Parent Handbook Agreement, and pay the Application Fee at the time of the interview.<\/span><\/p>

5. Schedule student Placement Testing.<\/span><\/p>

6. Within three business days of completing steps 1 through 5, you will be contacted about your child\u2019s acceptance.\u00a0 If tuition assistance is needed, request a Scholarship Application Form.<\/span><\/p>

7. Once your child has been accepted, you will need to promptly complete the rest of the forms contained in the Enrollment Packet and submit them along with a copy of the child\u2019s certified, full-size Birth Certificate, the child\u2019s Immunization Certificate, and a copy of their Social Security Card. A student who does not have an Immunization Certificate must have a Certificate of Religious Exemption on file at IWCA.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
