Each new family must pay this fee at the time of application for admission.\u00a0 This fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.\u00a0 This fee covers the cost of placement testing and the administrative costs of enrollment.<\/span><\/p>

Each student must pay the Curriculum Fee each year they are enrolled at IWCA.\u00a0 The Curriculum Fee is due on July 15th each year, and must be paid by no later than July 25th. This covers the cost of books and other instructional materials used by the student.\u00a0 This fee is non-refundable.<\/span><\/p>

Tuition may be paid in full or in monthly payments.\u00a0 If tuition is paid in full for a student in grades K5-12, a $250 discount will be applied making the tuition $2,000.\u00a0 If tuition is not paid in full, you may make 10 monthly payments of $225 each for grades K5-12.\u00a0 Tuition in full or Tuition Payment #1 must be paid by August 1st each year.\u00a0 Enrollment is not considered complete if Tuition Payment #1 has not been made.<\/span><\/p>

Tuition Payments are due the 1st<\/sup> day of each month.\u00a0 Payments not made by the 5th<\/sup> day of each month will incur a $20 Late Fee.\u00a0 If your account becomes 30 days past due, your child will be dismissed from IWCA.\u00a0 We will then begin attempts to collect any unpaid\/past due amounts.\u00a0 If your family is facing a financial hardship, please discuss this with our administrator immediately to make arrangements for payment or the possibility of finding a scholarship for your child.\u00a0 Tuition will not be reduced because of missed days by the student, nor will tuition be reduced due to students working from home due to inclement weather or other emergencies.<\/span><\/p>

In the case of an ISF-Returned Check, full payment in cash for the amount of the check plus an additional $30 Returned Check Fee must be paid within 3 days of being notified of the Returned Check.\u00a0 If a second check is returned, Tuition and other fees will be required to be paid in cash for the remainder of the school year. Non-payment of an ISF-Returned returned check within 3 days of being notified of the Returned Check will result in the dismissal of the student.<\/span><\/p>

If a student withdraws before May 1st each year and advanced Tuition Payments have been made, a prorated refund will be issued for advanced payments.\u00a0 No Tuition refunds will be issued for a child withdrawing after the May 1st date.\u00a0 Withdrawal is not complete\/official until a parent\/guardian signs and returns the IWCA Withdrawal Form to IWCA administration.<\/span><\/p>

Standardized Testing Fee\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 $50<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>

Students are required to complete a standardized test each school year in the spring.\u00a0 The Standardized Testing Fee is due by January 31st each year.<\/span><\/p>

NASP Archery Team <\/span><\/b>(Grades 4th<\/sup> – 12th<\/sup>) –\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Students in 4<\/span>th<\/sup>-12<\/span>th<\/sup> grades participate on the IWCA NASP Archery Team. Students will be required to purchase a team shirt. Archery fee is $100 per school year per student. Some after school practices may be required.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Miscellaneous Fees<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>

Over the course of the school year, various fees may be incurred.<\/span><\/p>

Field Trips <\/b>\u2013 Certain field trips may have admission fees or other costs.\u00a0 Parents will be notified ahead of time.<\/span><\/p>

Additional Curriculum Fee <\/b>\u2013 If a student completes a year’s worth of PACEs or other curriculum and there is still time remaining in the school year, parents will be required to pay an Additional Curriculum Fee for the needed extra curriculum.\u00a0 This applies to self-paced courses.<\/b><\/span><\/p>

Property Destruction Fee <\/b>\u2013 Varies depending on what has been destroyed.\u00a0 This could include, but is not limited to furniture, scoring pens, Score Keys, textbooks, electronics, flags, etc…. Parents will be notified of cost.<\/b><\/span><\/p>

Special Class Fee<\/b> \u2013 Some students, especially high school students, may be charged for supplies or items necessary for special classes.\u00a0 Parents will be notified before students are enrolled in such classes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

High School Accreditation Fee — <\/span><\/b>$200 per student per school year for grades 9-12. Due by August 1st each year.<\/span><\/span><\/p>
