Mr. Tomlin serves as the Administrator of Imparting Wisdom Christian Academy.\u00a0 He is President of Imparting Wisdom Ministries, Inc. and owner\/operator of IT Solutions of Kentucky, LLC.\u00a0 In addition to his administrative duties, he serves as the school’s IT Coordinator.\u00a0 Mr. Tomlin was a homeschool dad for many years, has been an adult Sunday school teacher, and will be assisting with teaching history, science, and Bible at IWCA.\u00a0 Mr. Tomlin enjoys reading, camping, hiking, kayaking, and spending time with his three grandchildren.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Mrs. Tomlin is the principal of IWCA, and has been a Christian educator, mentor, consultant, and advocate for private Christian education since 1997.\u00a0 She and her husband successfully homeschooled their two children through high school, and they founded the Christian Home Education Network (CHEN) as a support group that has served homeschooling families across central and eastern Kentucky since 1998.\u00a0 From 2009-2014, Mrs. Tomlin worked as an Administrator and Supervisor\/Teacher at Lincoln Christian Academy, and since 2014 she has worked as a tutor for homeschoolers.\u00a0 As a tutor, she specialized in working with students who struggle with reading, spelling, and math.\u00a0 Mrs. Tomlin has earned both a Christian School Professional Administrator Certificate and a Christian School Professional Supervisor Certificate from Accelerated Christian Education.\u00a0 Mrs. Tomlin has completed various educator training courses from Pensacola Christian College and Eastern Kentucky University; and she has completed specialized training to work with students who have dyslexia through Educators Publishing Service, Bright Solutions for Dyslexia, Dyslexia Training Institute, Learning Ally, Barton Reading and Spelling System, and Homeschooling with Dyslexia.\u00a0 She also holds a certificate in Child Psychology.\u00a0 Mr. & Mrs. Tomlin are also certified as a Marriage Mentor Couple and lead small group marriage studies for couples.\u00a0 Mrs. Tomlin\u00a0 teaches a variety of classes\u00a0at Imparting Wisdom Christian Academy.\u00a0 When not teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or advocating for private Christian education, Mrs. Tomlin enjoys reading, photography, hiking, camping, kayaking, and enjoying her three grandchildren.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
